Automatic Double-Axis Winder

The frame of this machine adopts laser precise cutting and clip type mosaicwhich increases the fastness and stability of the whole machine. Double axlescan improve production efficiency, and do not stop when changing coils. Thewinding adopts automatic tension, the traction adopts frequency conversionmotor, and the feeding adopts magnetic powder rotating clutch, which has theeffect of smooth and uniform tension. Wide-band simulation is used to correctthe deviation automatically.
